Afternoon drive disc jockey John Welch (JW) created an amazing peice of art in honor of the late Merle Haggard.
"He was one of my favorite artists ever", said JW who had been planning to see Haggard at Whitewater before his passing.
“This was my way of honoring The Hag.”
