Bryan Cranston recovers from coronavirus, donates plasma

Bryan Cranston announced that he has recovered from the coronavirus and is donating antibodies containing plasma.

He posted his announcement to Instagram on Thursday, The Associated Press reported.

In the social media post, he said he “was pretty strict in adhering to the protocols” but still contracted COVID-19. Cranston said his symptoms were mild. He said he had a slight headache, chest tightness and loss of taste and smell, the AP reported.

The actor is also donating his plasma that contains antibodies for the coronavirus to help other COVID-19 patients as antibodies can attack the virus, CNN reported.
