Jaime Pressly gets three-year probabtion for DUI

Former My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly might have to borrow a page out of the show's playbook and perform some good deeds of her own to win back California's good graces.
According to the Associated Press , Jaime pleaded no contest to a drunken driving charge incurred on January 5. Subsequently, she has been sentenced to three years of informal probation.
