Working in teams with our instructors, you’ll perfect your techniques as you make this menu that includes both a savory and a sweet use of distinctive and deliciousMexican chocolate: Pumpkin Seed Pesto with Queso & Chips; Ancho Mole Rib Eyes; Charred Corn; Poblano Mashed Potatoes; and Mexican Chocolate Fondue. $70 CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
