CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. For a truly grand occasion, serve something that is elegant to celebrate the event. Learn the secret to creating a perfect Wellingtons utilizing beef, seafood or chicken in this tasty and informative cooking class. Menu includes: Seafood Wellingtons with Lemon Beurre Blanc; Classic Beef Wellington with Pâté & Madeira Mushroom Sauce; and Apple Dumpling Wellingtons. $65 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
