C M Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Master the basics of seafood cookery with the expert guidance of our Cooking School staff. You'll sauté, grill, fry and learn to cook en papillote as you make this menu that includes:
Sautéed Fish with Lemon Beurre Blanc; Fried Shrimp with Remoulade Sauce; Seafood en Papillote with Pistachio-Herb Pesto; and Grilled Fish with Caper-Tarragon Compound Butter. $65 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
