CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages18 & Up)
HANDS-ON. BASICS. Learn how to handle and care for your knives and how to make the classic cuts: slicing, dicing, julienne and chiffonade. Bring your favorite chef’s knife or purchase one on the night of class. $50 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
