CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON.BASICS. Master the techniques of crêpe making. You'll make the batter then swirl it in the pan to create thin pancakes; flip them to ensure a golden-brown color; and finally, fill and fold them for presentation. Menu includes: Classic & Herb Crepes; Beggar’s Purse with Chicken & Leeks; Ham & Cheese Gateaux; and Nutella & Strawberry Crepes; $50 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
