Presenter: Kirby Kaden -MBA, was raised and spent most of his professional life in Chicago, Ill. After graduate school, Kirby worked in both the PR and the advertising agency worlds and helped introduce both Diet Coke and Mello Yello to that market. Kirby soon moved into the radio broadcast industry, first as a seller and quickly as a manager for nearly 20 years where he became known as a turnaround specialist. In Chicago, Kirby took a Clear Channel property from 12.8m to 28m in annual revenue and sports station from poorest to best performing station in the market for CBS in just one year. Next Kirby was recruited to San Antonio by Univision where he took the company’s revenue from worst to first in the market in two years (with the fewest radio stations) vs. Clear Channel, Cox communications, and BMP. Kirby left Univision Radio as the SVP Station Manager over San Antonio’s 6-station cluster and their Austin 2-Station cluster. They were the company’s 2nd and 4th best performing markets in the entire country for the broadcasting giant. For the last two years, Kirby has been coaching executives and small business owners in 25 different industries in both group and individual programs.
