Practice the techniques needed to make these cheesy pasta dishes: Pasta with Pecorino & Black Pepper Sauce; Baked Farfalle (Bow Tie Pasta) with Three Cheeses; and
Three Cheese Ravioli with Tomato-Cream Sauce. $50 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
