Learn what to consider when deciding on what sauce to make then use these basic techniques to begin creating your own ideas. Menu includes: Sautéed Chicken Breast with Tomato Tarragon Pan Sauce; Fish Almandine with Beurre Blanc; Pork with Roasted Poblano Cream Sauce; and Seared Beef Sirloin with Jus Lie. $65 CLASS TIME: 6:30-9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
