DesignTimelineRelease PlanningFeedback and CorrectionsHow will it help me?How can I help the Scrum teams? What are the negatives? This presentation is Spanish Friendly. Which means that attendees may ask questions in Spanish, and their question will be translated into English for everyone's benefit and then answered in English.FAQsDo I need a technology background? No, this course is intended for the members of the business that may have interaction with a Scrum team to better understand the perspectives of the team and the benefits they bring to the business as a whole. My place of business is not using Scrum, but upper management has heard the phrase and wants us to consider it. Is this course for me?Yes, there is no expectation that you are already working with a Scrum team. Everything will be presented with the assumption that attendees have not ever interacted with Scrum methodolies. It is a great starting point for examining Scrum conceptsWhy is it called Scrum From the Sidelines?Scrum was named after a play in Rugby, and like any sport, watching from the sidelines is always better when you known and understand the rules of the game.I am on a Scrum team. Would this course be benefical to me?It depends. If you have attended any formal Scrum training, you are probably familar with the content of this course, but there may be value to understand the perspective of the people outside the team. If you are working on a Scrum team and have not had formalized training, this could be a very good starting point, but it does not replace a Certification Course.Terms and ConditionsCancelations may be made any time prior to the start of the event.
