SHARPEN YOUR KNIFE SKILLS Central Market Cooking School Staff (Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. Learn how to sharpen and align the blades, care for your knives and make the classic cuts that make prep work a breeze. Perfect your skills so that you can dice, julienne, chiffonade and mince with efficiency and ease. A light meal will be served. Bring your favorite chef’s knife or purchase a knife at the Cooking School. $50 CLASS TIME: 10 AM – 12:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
