CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & UP DEMONSTRATION. In our one hour, lunchtime class, you'll learn a little about the influence that Italian immigrants have had on Brasilian cuisine in this menu: Palmito e Azeitonas Verdes (Hearts of Palm, Green Olives & Fresh Basil with Italian Crackers);
Frigideira with Seafood (The Brasilian version of an Italian Frittata); Farofa (Toasted Manioc Meal); and
Abacaxi e Ricotta Torte ( Pineapple & Ricotta Pie).
