San Antonio, Texas, March 9, 2013 – Join Paul Mitchell the School San Antonio on April 14, 2013 at 7pm for the inspiring night of hair, fashion and dancing at Mambo Martini Ultra Lounge on U.S. 281. This trendy and lively event, “The Factory”, is centered on a Willie Wonka theme. The looks are all inspired by Willie Wonka, but with an stylish edge. Along with fascinating hair and style, there will be several live dance performances. ALL of the proceeds go directly to support the eleven charities Paul Mitchell Schools are supporting. Ages 18 and up. Paul Mitchell Schools kicked off the 2013 “FUN”raising Season. Each year, "future professionals" (students) and staff members at Paul Mitchell The School San Antonio on Summit Parkway team up to "FUNraise" by donating their time, talent and energy to support a variety of charitable causes. In 2012, Paul Mitchell Future Professionals and staff members raised an alltime high of $2.5 million, bringing the nine-year total to over $8.5 million.Along with the schools’ nonprofit Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation, this year’s partners included Betty White (Morris Animal Foundation), Marie Osmond (Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals), The Nanny and Happily Divorced star Fran Drescher (Cancer Schmancer), comedian and motivational speaker Kathy Buckley (No Limits), and Paul Mitchell Chairman and Cofounder John Paul DeJoria (Food 4 Africa). The Gary Sinise Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of America, Habitat for Humanity, American Humane Association and Magic Johnson Foundation were also selected.
