Protecting Privilege and Avoiding Professional Conflicts During Government Agency Investigations in the Workplace   The Corporate Counsel Section of the Texas State Bar invites our members to our March 7th San Antonio Networking and CLE program.  The CLE portion of the program will begin at 4:00 pm and will be followed by a cocktail and networking hour at 5:00 pm (a mix of heavy and light hor d’oevres will be served). Attorneys from Jackson Lewis LLP will present, “Protecting Privilege and Avoiding Professional Conflicts During Government Agency Investigations in the Workplace.”  One hour of Texas MCLE ethics credit is pending.
