Learn the basics of indoor climbing on our 20' wall. Start with warm-up exercises, bouldering, how to put on a harness and set up a belay station. Learn how to belay your climber and how to use your body efficiently as you climb. Positive communication is a key element to building trust between the climber and belayer. Each family group must have at least one adult.
