French- Coq a Vin, Quiche, Gratins, Tarte Tatin, Crème Brulee, and Napoleons to name a few.
There will be a casual meet n? greet for the students with wine and cheese from 6:00-6:15 prior to class. We will prepare a minimum of 3 recipes for each class ? a minimum of 9 recipes per session. The classes are hands-on preparation and each student gets to dine on their creations at the end of each class and will also get copies of each recipe prepared.
