You’ll learn about tempering chocolate; make a meringue; create a chocolate sauce; and work with marzipan in this class that includes: • Toblerone Meringues (Swiss Alp Cookies); • Kirsch Chocolate Truffles; • Poires Belle-Helene Tartlets (Chocolate Pear Tartlets);and • Chocolate Marzipan Bites. $60 CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM
Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
