Mary Martini, CM Cooking School Manager (Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. Create perfect pasta with ease. You will make, roll, cut and cook pasta with fabulous results and then enjoy this menu that includes: · Fresh Pasta with Seafood Sauce; · Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter & Sage Sauce; and · Fresh Bow Tie Pasta with Winter Squash Ratatouille. $55 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
